The instructor was: Very knowledgeable, yet never talked down to us. Caroline seemed genuinely interested in sharing what she knew with us.
Complexity of the recipes: They *seemed* complex on the surface, but were easy. Instructions well written, and we reviewed them a bit before starting.
The food was: That was the second-fullest I've ever been in my life. Very nice wine pairings, too.
The skills you learned were: Can't wait to try out the chicken breast cutting technique we learned.
I enjoyed myself and had fun: It probably helped that I took the class with two friends, but once we all got comfortable with each other (Caroline and Sherri/Cheri REALLY helped with that), it was very relaxed and fun.
