Additional comments and observations
The atmosphere was: Not as lively as many other classes I have taken The food was: It was very tasty. I am quite health conscious and there was too much saturated fat for me to want to eat very much of 2 of the 4 soups. I realize that is my personal preference, not a fault of the chef. It was not advertised as a healthy eating class, so I wasn't expecting it to be. The skills you learned were: I knew most of the techniques. Just came to see what else I could pick up.
