The instructor was: Caroline Lewis is a great teacher, very calm and confident with many tricks-of-the trade to share that are so simple, yet so effective.

The atmosphere was: Great group of people - hands on classes seem to encourage interaction between the cooking groups.

Complexity of the recipes: Easy in the class - but before I took the class, I would have never attempted them.

The food was: Excellent! Great wine selection as well.

The skills you learned were: Wow, simple way to dice an onion! Also, very good demonstration on cutting up a whole chicken - then an opportunity to put our skills to the test.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: My second class and always so much fun.
