The instructor was: Dave is sort of scattered running stream of consciousness but he very good. I really do enjoy him.
The atmosphere was: A fun, fun group and sitting next to Anthony was a blast even though he may have led me astray.
Complexity of the recipes: They were not too complex and Dave has wonderful tips and shortcuts when needed. I also like that fact that he includes extra recipes.
The food was: Wonderful! The mushroom soup, duck confit salad, parsnip garlic puree, and I can't believe I'm saying this, the chocolate truffle cake were superb.
The skills you learned were: I especially like his take on roasting mushrooms and making duck confit
I enjoyed myself and had fun: It was a great evening. Thank you so much Barbara for making it happen. I appreciate it so much. May you and Matt have a great holiday and I look forward to seeing you in the new year.
