Additional comments and observations The instructor was: None of the above adequately convey what my husband and I thought of the chef. He was scattered, arrogant, and somewhat rude. The atmosphere was: We got the distinct impression that others were put off by the chef's behavior, and we were particularly disappointed as it was the second class we've been able to attend since our twins were born, and we have always had a great time in the past. Complexity of the recipes: I'm not sure if it was "complex", but the title of the course was "Easy Holiday Entertaining" - there was nothing easy about it, and he gave incomplete instructions (trying to sell his book) The food was: Most of the courses were good.

Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Dave is sort of scattered running stream of consciousness but he very good. I really do enjoy him. The atmosphere was: A fun, fun group and sitting next to Anthony was a blast even though he may have led me astray. Complexity of the recipes: They were not too complex and Dave has wonderful tips and shortcuts when needed. I also like that fact that he includes extra recipes. The food was: Wonderful! The mushroom soup, duck confit salad, parsnip garlic puree, and I can't believe I'm saying this, the chocolate truffle cake were superb. The skills you learned were: I especially like his take on roasting mushrooms and making duck confit I enjoyed myself and had fun: It was a great evening. Thank you so much Barbara for making it happen. I appreciate it so much. May you and Matt have a great holiday and I look forward to seeing you in the new year.

The food was: The menu was excellent. The skills you learned were: I alwas come away from every class I take with some new cooking tips.
