The instructor was: Nancy & Chris are always very fun, with good insights and different ways of approaching the same dish. The two of them feed off of each other in a great way ... almost like sisters in the kitchen.
The atmosphere was: Lots of laughs.
Complexity of the recipes: Some of the menu items were more complex than others, but it was more in the 'prep' work. All were well worth the effort.
The food was: Really Good! And it was nice to have the shrimp almost as soon as we all sat down. Nice to not have to wait a long time for the first bite after a glass of wine!
The skills you learned were: I'd already had experience with all the items used in the class ... but they still did a great job in explaining, showing, discussing the techniques they used.
I enjoyed myself and had fun: Although by myself, it is easy to make friends!
