I will probably look at more weekend classes since you are only in Lake Oswego. I am interested in classes about flavor and fresh ingredients. I love the visiting chefs. Thanks for a great evening.

Yes - very nice setup in small classroom format

Though our class was small and very comfortable with all fitting around the counter - It was mentioned that some larger classes would have attendees sitting at outer tables. I probably would not attend a class were I would be so removed from the cooking experience.
