The atmosphere was: I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Very fun to be in the cooking class.

Complexity of the recipes: It was the right mix - not too hard for me to try to do at home. I was inspired to cook the recipes!

The instructor was: I reread the intro to the class on the web site and Marie really does engage the audience, and I LOVED the stories she had to tell, both personal and professional

Complexity of the recipes: and inspiring. which is why I continue to come. These are all good solid dishes for home, and for my business, they are fancy, yet comfortable.

The food was: wow, that pork! the cauliflower and potatoes. and as I mentioned, I have had poached pears, but THIS preparation was over the top. Gorgeous

The skills you learned were: you know me... parts of this dinner will be on my next menu!
