Additional comments and observations The instructor was: An outstanding presenter! Complexity of the recipes: I enjoyed his version of the waffle recipe very much. The food was: Absolutely delicious! The skills you learned were: Wonderful wonderful tips for doing squash, lardons, crepe batter, waffle batter and fried chicken. I enjoyed myself and had fun: It was so nice to back with friends I haven't seen for a while. Chery is such a wonderful asset to your cooking school and store. It was so great to see her back.
