The instructor was: I could tell how passionate Ken is about baking great bread.

The atmosphere was: My dad and I had a great time

Complexity of the recipes: I'm going to try Ken's recipe. I hope I can get it right! It will be worth the effort.

The food was: YUM! Loved the Cappuccino ice cream! Delish!!!

The skills you learned were: Very useful skills for someone interested in baking better bread and knowing more about artisan bread baking in general.

The instructor was: Kinda all over the place, subject wise, but it seemed to work. I am thinking that part of it was the nature of the beast (bread) being that you need to start at the end and then do the beginning afterwards if you want to have a finished loaf by the end of the class.

The food was: wasn't expecting it so it was a nice surprise.

The skills you learned were: Can't wait to bake again, want to try some of the ideas that he suggested
