Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Interesting is a better description of the chef. Complexity of the recipes: parts of the recipes were relatively easy and other parts were more complex and unusual. The food was: much of the food was just excellent, but i don't know that succellent is descriptive. The salmon wasn't as good as the salmon we fix, but would fix everything else. the dessert was excellent and seem easy.
