Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Really enjoyed her ... she was full of great tips and information! The atmosphere was: There was such a great mix of people in the class. Loved meeting everyone, we had a terrific time! Complexity of the recipes: They were well written and easy to follow. The food was: The food was amazing!!! The skills you learned were: Shelley and Jeremy were wonderful. I left with some tips that I was able to incorporate into my cooking the very next day! I enjoyed myself and had fun: The atmosphere was great, the food was terrific, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the other participants were very nice. It made for a great afternoon!
