Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Amy was wonderful, really enjoyed her style and learning from her. she is obviously very passionate about what she does. Complexity of the recipes: surprised to learn how easy some of the dishes were to create The food was: amazing

Additional comments and observations The instructor was: She was just great. Her assistants also were. Complexity of the recipes: She was so clear in her explanations and so skilled in her execution that it all looked easy. They were certainly complex enough to make me feel i learned quite a bit. The food was: Every dish was remarkable.
