The instructor was: Chef Robert was a fountain of knowledge! He was very entertaining and funny, and made the experience a relaxed one!
Complexity of the recipes: I don't think I could do the entire menu - I just don't have enough time! But it was fun to learn all the techniques, and I certainly will use some elements in my own home. But I think the point of this class, at least for us, was to have a good time, have a good meal, and learn a few things.
