Additional comments and observations Complexity of the recipes: I spent much time in the kitchen in a past life- I come to be entertained and ask questions of our local chefs - The food was: lacking in color-a medley of sauteed vegetables to liven up the presentation the chicken was so tender and juicy, very nice The skills you learned were: I have previous experience- it was basic but my husband learned why my chicken was so good and how to make that cream sauce he gets at home! :)
