Complexity of the recipes: Only did not indicate in making the dough how much sugar to use, but I figured just a bit and that is what I used.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: Showed that one could actually make a pizza and not spend all day. Lots of idea's - had so much fun, I made a pizza this weekend
