The instructor was: Diane Morgan was great. She was very down to earrh. My kind of cook.! I went on vacation to our cabin in WA. State the next day and over the week cooked 2 of her recipes. We enjoyed them very much.
Complexity of the recipes: As I enjoy cooking I am familiar with all of her processes, including brinning and choppping, and using the instant meat .themonetor, etc..
The food was: All were excelent... I am making the halibut skewers tomorrow.
The skills you learned were: I learned to soak the bamboo screwers and then freeze them for future use. Also learned how to use bulgur to make a great salad.
I enjoyed myself and had fun: I have attended a -on-hands on class and this one . I much prefer this class as I didn't miss the making of any of the dishes as I did when involded with making my assigned dish.
