The instructor was: He was extremely interesting to listen to and very enlightening.

The atmosphere was: I was with my friends!

Complexity of the recipes: They were challenging to some extent but made very clear by his presentation.

The food was: I especially loved the soup and tataki. The mussels with pork confit was delicious but I thought it could have used a little more acid for more balance. Overall, wonderful.

The skills you learned were: This is a chef who obviously knows what he is doing and it was pure pleasure to listen to him and learn from him.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: It was a great night.
