Additional comments and observations The atmosphere was: wines served were excellent. Complexity of the recipes: see below - we cook alot, so these recipes were well within our skills. i did like learning new ways to roast peppers and to use sweetened condensed milk to make the flan. The food was: excellent recipes and very doable at home! The skills you learned were: we do alot of cooking, so nothing was hard for us. I enjoyed myself and had fun: all of the staff were fun!
