Foodgasim! I have heard of the elusive foodgasim, but thought is was a myth...thank you Chef Adam for finding it. Dreaming of the udon and spicy shrimp broth with fried oysters, yum-yum!

Adam is the best demo chef that you have. I don't know why more people don't sign up for his classes. Every dish that he prepared was a work of art and tasted so delicious. I also love his unassuming and confident manner of presentation. It was a great evening.
