Additional comments and observations The instructor was: How can learning how to cook from John & Caprial, eating yummy, yummy , sipping wine not be entertaining!! The atmosphere was: John and Caprial are so informal. We got hear about when they were around Julia Childs. The food was: Everything was perfectly prepared. The skills you learned were: I was a little concerned about all the cream in recipes. We made a couple of things I would not make at home. I enjoyed myself and had fun: Have of the fun are the other students in class. We had a very interactive, friendly group of people inour class
