The food was: the coffee in the dessert overpowered the berry flavor, but it was good. There was a lot of food

The instructor was: Very nice and thorough in her explanations. Patient with our questions and encouraging us to be willing to try new things.

The atmosphere was: A terrific location for class. Good visibility and able to hear well. One thing I wished for was a ledge to put my feet on in front of me. Sitting for a long time and not doing a "hands on" class was a bit tiring.

Complexity of the recipes: When I have the time I will definitely make the mole sauce...delicious!

The food was: Absolutely delicious but too much of everything and I felt badly not being able to eat it all!

The skills you learned were: Now if I only had all the kitchen equipment and room to store it all!

I enjoyed myself and had fun: I came with a friend from Olympia and we had a great time.
