The instructor was: He took time to educate each participant individually on particular techniques and specific interests.

The atmosphere was: I enjoyed the participants I was working with.

Complexity of the recipes: I didn't really find the preparation challenging in anyway but probably better than too difficult!

The food was: Lobster was overcooked and tough, risotta a bit sticky and the berries in the cobbler overcooked. Crabcakes, bisque, salad and wine superb so it balanced out.

The skills you learned were: I learned more from the tips and chef's knowledge he shared than from the actual hands on part of the class.
