The food was: One of the Paellas has crunchy and underdone rice and I was not happy about that --- luckily we were able to try the other one which was better.

The instructor was: These two ARE a party, just like the Paella! Complexity of the recipes: easy, but VERY elegant The skills you learned were: AND, this old dog learned a new trick with chorizo! I enjoyed myself and had fun: and, as always, a very cordial group of people

The instructor was: The two chefs did a fine job. They were friendly, informative and knowledgeable. I would be happy to take a class with them again! The atmosphere was: I liked the intermission, and opportunity to get up and stretch our legs, check out the merchandise The skills you learned were: I enjoyed the opportunity to try the different sherry vinegars, the sea salt, the chorizo, paprika. These are not common items, and now I might be a little less intimidated to try them in the future! I enjoyed myself and had fun: Nice crowd. The assistant was lovely and friendly.
