Additional comments and observations The instructor was: They both were entertaining and very, very knowledgeable. They were also extremely organized and went through their menu in a timely manner. The atmosphere was: It was a good group of people I hadn't met before. Complexity of the recipes: The recipes were not hard to make but they were incredibly creative. Also to learn 8 dishes in one class was fantastic. The food was: In addition to tasting fantastic all the food looked absolutely wonderful. The skills you learned were: I especially enjoyed the creative ways of serving these appetizers. I got lots of ideas. I enjoyed myself and had fun: It was a great, great evening.

Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Gavin & Gavin were very entertaining while finding the balance between giving a good show, and not distracting our attention from the preparation/education experience - they were fantastic!
