The instructor was: He was very entertaining in that he explained the entrees in a way that made us hungry and excited for what we were eating and wanting more.

The atmosphere was: Relaxed and just what we love.

The food was: A great blend of tastes.

The skills you learned were: He made the menu look fon and simple

I enjoyed myself and had fun: We loved it and have been telling others how great it was.

The instructor was: I was not there to be entertained, but he is very interesting to watch, so I guess that would be called intertaining.

Complexity of the recipes: Nice tips to do things better but not overwhelming.

The food was: Crab cakes is one of my husbands MOST favorite foods and he thought they were the best he has ever had. He will definately be making them himself now (he is a fisherman). He always thought that they were too complex until this class
