Additional comments and observations Complexity of the recipes: Erica made an effort to have items that even a novice like myself could prepare and enjoy. The food was: It took awile to get to the eating phase, but the food was good. The skills you learned were: While it wasn't hands on, I did feel as if I gained a fair amount of knowledge.
