The instructor was: I loved the fact that you hired a self-taught Instructor who went out of his way to be realistic about what the novice cook wants to take on when hosting a dinner party. His laid back demeanor made him very accessible as a chef.

The food was: Outstanding!

The skills you learned were: Hugh threw in quite a few tidbits about food chemistry, e.g. what does not need to be refridgerated, what foods should be heated in a non-reactive pan, how to cut ginger. I really enjoyed how he delved into the ingredients.

The instructor was: I have NEVER laughed so much. This man was beyond "very entertaining". His humor was very inspirational.

The atmosphere was: It always is.

Complexity of the recipes: the wow factor was oozing out of every dish.

The food was: Oh my god.

The skills you learned were: I have never picked up so many useful tips. I heard many other students saying the same thing.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: Great food, tons of information, and the fun factor high!
