Helpful at the break with questions about knives, etc. Complexity of the recipes: The techniques seemed easy enough to duplicate, but the complexity might be in finding the ingredients? The food was: Everything was the best of its type we had tasted! I enjoyed myself and had fun: Definitely would want to do it again.
