The skills you learned were: I especially enjoyed the attention to how to handle persimmons.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: It was a fun class. They are not as efficient as I like the chefs to be and can get very talky, but it was a great class and the food was absolutely terrific. I especially loved the salad. They are so nice and bring an exceptionally nice crowd with them.

The instructor was: They were also very knowledgeable and had some very good tips about the ingredients and how to prepare the dishes.

The atmosphere was: Enjoyable evening!

Complexity of the recipes: Geared nicely toward a holiday dinner that would not be too difficult to prepare, but that would wow the guests.

The food was: Oh, that roast beast! Oh, that trifle! Oh, that salad. Yum.
