The instructor was: Ken has a lot of personality.

Complexity of the recipes: The souffle was probably the most time consuming/difficult, but worth the wait.

The food was: I think it needed a little more salt, but I have a salty palate.

The instructor was: Ken was fantastic. I've done half a dozen classes here, probably half a dozen else where. He's the most intertaining, by far.

The food was: Although I think your scale is not fair. What's the difference between "Average" and "Ok"? It was very good...but it wasn't a great meal that I would expect from a top Portland resturant. But it was very, very good.

The skills you learned were: Lots of great tips.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: Took my wife for the first time, for her birthday none-the-less. She loved it!

The instructor was: He was very funny and fun to watch - has an awesome sense of humor and obviously very knowledgeable. Maybe someday we can meet "the ladies" (his chickens)! Great guy - keep him always!

The atmosphere was: Lots of fun and laughs.

Complexity of the recipes: The souffle was easy but since it's a souffle took a little time. The rest was easy.

The food was: Everything was really top shelf and delicious.

The skills you learned were: We always learn a few new tricks that are good to know.

The instructor was: Ken is always a joy--witty, self-deprecating, lively.

The skills you learned were: Ken provided lots of "secret techniques" for cooking success, whether directly related to the menu at hand or not. My two guests were very impressed with what they learned.
