The instructor was: He was very funny and fun to watch - has an awesome sense of humor and obviously very knowledgeable. Maybe someday we can meet "the ladies" (his chickens)! Great guy - keep him always!
The atmosphere was: Lots of fun and laughs.
Complexity of the recipes: The souffle was easy but since it's a souffle took a little time. The rest was easy.
The food was: Everything was really top shelf and delicious.
The skills you learned were: We always learn a few new tricks that are good to know.
