The instructor was: He was a thorough professional but at the beginning seemed very intense and did not have an approachable "tableside manner" It got better as the evening progressed. He is certainly talented and knows a lot.
The atmosphere was: Really, everyone was so nice, positive and understanding.
Complexity of the recipes: There was nothing too complex but that does mean that I did not learn a lot. The simplicity and lightness of his recipes were wonderful
The food was: Absolutely outstanding!! He is a talented chef.
The skills you learned were: Just small things here and there like how to sear lamb ahead of time and reheat it to serve it. He showed the same technique for many dishes so you don't have to ignore your guests while entertaining.
I enjoyed myself and had fun: I really liked the class. He was so organized and on top of things. Everything went to smoothly and the group was very fun.
