The instructor was: He was much more at ease last night and it was really fun

The atmosphere was: There were great people there and many fans of the show.

Complexity of the recipes: His recipes are not that complex and that is the beauty of them plus they are innovative in terms of using less fat and still getting the flavor.

The food was: I loved everything. The hangar steak served in a martini glass over carrot and potato mashers and the chocolate truffle cake (even though I didn't eat much of it) were the standouts for me.

The skills you learned were: As I said before, I especially like how he uses fruit essences to enhance flavor and reducing the fat.
