The instructor was: And more important than entertaining, he is so gifted at his profession. You always take away great ideas from his classes.

The atmosphere was: We are a great group of people, aren't we. It was really nice to meet his mom and girlfriend, too.

Complexity of the recipes: Nothing too complex but again he gain very useful tips from his experience on how to do things and also hear other options too.

The food was: His food is my absolute favorite and last night was no exception.

The skills you learned were: It's just great to be able to learn from such a talented chef.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: In addition to the food and presentation, as I said before, I sat next to some very great people.

The instructor was: i may be prejudiced, but I think Ben is good at teaching/sharing and having fun at the same time. I think having Andrea be his assistant in a class would be awesome. She knows the recipes and could help draw out more cooking skills information that he takes for granted.

Complexity of the recipes: But do-able for the home cook after having seen them

The food was: So fresh and springy.
