Would you recommend our classes to others?
Yes. Demonstration class: I got cold. Would tell friends to wear warm sweaters. Background music as we waited to get started would cover awkward silences. Actually, music would add ambiance to the whole evening and Erika could still have been heard. Also, have a 'round table chance for folks to intro themselves just a bit at the start. |

Additional comments and observations
Demo class: Could not see what was happening in pans on cooktop. Splurge on mirrors and maybe a spot light for chef's work area. WAY too cold if the lights were on because the fan came on. The people were all fabulous, some tweaks with lights, mirrors, and music are only suggestions I can think of. Look forward to coming to another class when I can and bringing friends. |
