The instructor was: Grace had a lot of information, well researched and the stories and history were very interesting. Complexity of the recipes: Knowing what ingredients work the best and what tools to use and the technique makes the recipes very doable.

The instructor was: I loved hearing about what she learned about the experience of the Chinese people. Complexity of the recipes: She has figured out the unstated "rules" that Americans need to know to do stir-fry right. The skills you learned were: I can hardly wait to get my wok seasoned and get started

The instructor was: And a terrific teacher. The atmosphere was: There is one drawback to such evenings: I never get to meet the other attendees. Don't know how to fix that, but I wish there was time or an opportunity to meet like minded cooks.
