The instructor was: She is very personable and works to draw everyone into the experience. Her depth of knowledge is a real plus. She wasn't thrown by any of the questions. Sheshowed great patience toward participants who were engaged in personal conversations and then asked the same question when something had just been explained.

Complexity of the recipes: the egg flower recipe, however, was pretty complex with lots of steps. none of them impossible, however!

The food was: I had never eaten guinea fowl so that was an interesting and tasty experience.

The skills you learned were: I liked her use of the mortoar and pestle and WHY it was better. It wasn't just about saving energy, cleaning the machine etc but that it provided a more authentic outcome.

The instructor was: Friendly and encouraged questions. Patient in answering the questions and explaining techniques.

The atmosphere was: A little too crowded around the seating area. The staff were helpful, friendly, welcoming

Complexity of the recipes: It was an ambitious menu. I had to appreciate all the behind the scenes prep that went on before the class started.

The food was: Interesting, out of the ordinary and are things that I will try at home.
