The food was: Enjoyed the different uses of walnuts. Fruit tart - use of a tart pan or springform pan. The skills you learned were: Helpful hints: vegetable stock and many others I enjoyed myself and had fun: Had a great time. Look forward to seeing her again in Portland as well as maybe Normandy.
