Additional comments and observations
The instructor was: Excellent! She was very approachable, easy-going, easy to understand. The atmosphere was: Very nice. Complexity of the recipes: I don't have the patience for beurre blanc (mine would be a separated mess), but the demo was very informative in case I venture that way! The food was: Very, very good. Smart to make things "moderately spicy" (ceviche) to accommodate all tastes. The skills you learned were: So basic, but I needed a chopping review and got it. She showed us a couple of options, too. I enjoyed myself and had fun: The presentation from Freddy Guys founder was fascinating, makes me want to go on a field trip there.

Additional comments and observations
The instructor was: Louisa was so cool! She answered all our questions, demonstrated things we asked about. Her helper, Wes, was great also. The atmosphere was: Our server (name escapes me, but she's a recent transplant from Minnesota), was great! Helpful, unobtrusive, noticed every need! Complexity of the recipes: Loved the tips on searing meat! I'll never scrape again! The food was: I'm doing several of these again! The skills you learned were: Still need to work on my knife hold and sharpening.

Additional comments and observations
The instructor was: She is very cheerful and I enjoy that. She has the ability to draw people in..something good in demo classes. The atmosphere was: If I could click on fun as well as cheerful that would be comment enough :) Complexity of the recipes: But, as I have said in past evals, very easy does not mean uninteresting or boring. All dishes presented were quite elegant and restaurant quality The skills you learned were: Tho I know most of the skills taught, I appreciate seeing them demo'd again. I guess you could say I app. it for the others in class. I think it inspires people to want to, and hopefully go ahead and cook.
