The instructor was: Patrick came home very happy from his first cooking class. He is excited about taking another and wants to bring a friend. As a twin, this is his first 'out of the box' experience without his brother. Thanks so much!

Complexity of the recipes: Patrick made scrambled eggs for the family the next day. Biscuits to follow.
