The instructor was: The chefs were engaging, but I would have welcomed two additions to their lecture: their own food journey: how has their thinking and practice changed over their careers, who are their mentors; and technique, technique, technique.
The atmosphere was: Beautiful, inspiring space and very welcoming and attentive staff.
Complexity of the recipes: Very easy is good.
The food was: The food was surprisingly bland and the dessert too sweet and runny, though one can see the great potential of the recipes.
I enjoyed myself and had fun: It was an exhilarating evening, exciting to watch great chefs and learn about terrific products. I am eager for the next class.
