Additional comments and observations The instructor was: I loved Hank's meal and talent - I felt like he was a little nervous, but that's natural when "performing". The food was: oh. my. goodness - we raved the whole way home about the deliciousness of everything. Hugely impressed.

Additional comments and observations The instructor was: He did well. Complexity of the recipes: He could maybe have talked a little more on the specifics of the recipes. Maybe he did fine. Have never done a class before. The food was: Over all it was a great menu with excellent food. I enjoyed myself and had fun: Over all, what a great way to do Valentines Day.
