The instructor was: With all his experience over the years, Jeremy has become your very best presenter. He and Adam were a wonderful pair. First of all, I wish that Jeremy would do more demo classes. Second, I really looking forward to Adam's classes in the future.

The atmosphere was: What can you say, it was family night!

Complexity of the recipes: There was nothing too complex but that doesn't mean the recipes weren't interesting. The amuse bouche, croque monsieur, boqueron vinaigrette, and mushroom tart are things I will definitely make in the future.

The food was: Wonderfu!!!!

The skills you learned were: I really enjoyed the interaction between both Jeremy and Adam about food qualities, techniques, and tips. That is why I enjoy coming to classes with trained chefs so much

I enjoyed myself and had fun: It was superb! What a great evening and it was so great to see Kathy and all of you again, too. Thanks so much
