The instructor was: My wife and I have taken several classes with Allison and Amelia. We have always enjoyed them. Complexity of the recipes: My wife and I are accomplished cooks. We take the classes not for the techniques but for the subtle tips.

The instructor was: Amelia and Allison have great chemistry--I guess they do finish each others sentences.

The instructor was: But more important, very informative. Another great evening at In Good Taste. The atmosphere was: I bet the students are as interesting as the teachers. Consider doing a quick go-around the table with everyone introducing THEMSELVES: who they are, what they do, what brought them to In Good Taste for the class. Would add to the conversations in the mosh pit.
