The instructor was: Both chefs were very informative and fun to watch. They also play off of one another nicely. They really know their food and techniques.
The atmosphere was: Warm and friendly. Although I came alone, I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
Complexity of the recipes: The step-by-step commentary was helpful, along with the shopping/prep list included.
The food was: Wonderfully paired with the wines!
The skills you learned were: Understandably, chefs jump from recipe to recipe while cooking a meal. One thing that would have been helpful to me is to have included more of those steps in the printed cooking instructions (if possible). The timing details during meal prep is a tough thing for me to determine (i.e. while the potatoes cool and the chicken is cooking, prepare the reduction for the chicken).
I enjoyed myself and had fun: I will definitely be back for future classes!
