Additional comments and observations The instructor was: I very much enjoyed being able to talk to Cory about farm to school lunch programs and what is happening in the community regarding our food. Complexity of the recipes: I call it clean food. Less is better! The food was: Loved the fish-cooked perfectly. The salad was terrific and the strawberries were yummy! The skills you learned were: My husband and I came because it was Cory and we wanted a great evening which we had. Having cooked for years I love being cooked for!
