The instructor was: And knowledgeable about all things mushrooms. The information on mushrooms was even more than I had hoped for. Who knew that Oregon has a state fungus: The Golden Chanterelle.

The atmosphere was: The staff made me feel welcome...As someone who doesn't eat gluten, they made my experience fun and kept track of my food when it was different from others.

Complexity of the recipes: I could do these recipes easily.

The food was: The smells were enticing... the food yummy...and so many different local, hand picked mushrooms. Chef Dan made it all seem easy...

The skills you learned were: Demo on flambe technique was very useful.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: We laughed a lot...
