The instructor was: She was the perfect mix of entertaining and educational.

The atmosphere was: Again just the right mix of fun and learning.

Complexity of the recipes: Overall some were relatively easy, others were a little more complex but all were doable and I am an average cook.

The food was: All of the food was absolutely incredibly delicious!

The skills you learned were: My husband especially was interested in learning how to make sauces, especially wine based sauces. He was very impressed with what he learned and left eager to try his hand at it.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: This was a Christmas to my husband and it was most important to me that he enjoy it and find it useful. We both thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience and look forward to trying at least several of the recipes.
