The instructor was: Brian was very friendly and approachable - made asking questions easy. Not intimidating as I've experience in other classes (not at In Good Taste!)

The atmosphere was: Great group!!

Complexity of the recipes: I like that the recipes are just hard enough to be challenging for me, but not so complicated that I wouldn't attempt them at home. I'm actually trying one of them on my own tonight!

The food was: Outstanding! I can see why he's been in the business for over 25 years.

The skills you learned were: I have long been afraid of cooking seafood. I am no longer afraid!

I enjoyed myself and had fun: My poor husband has to endure listening to me blab on and on about how much I loved the class. I cannot wait to take another.
