I didn't know that Paella could be this easy. Thank you for offering this class and for carrying the arroz and the saffron. The Spanish style rice is really hard to find, even in Pleasanton. Now I know where to get it!

I LOVE your cooking classes! They are informative and fun in a relaxed atmosphere. Linda is great - her knowledge and demo methods are impressive. She interacts well with the group and answers questions thououghly. Last night specificly was great. I also enjoyed the Spanish gentleman-he added to the evening. I was so inspired I bought the pan and rice to try at home. Hope it turns out ...I like tasting the results and appreciated the recipes at the end. Delightful time!
Thanks for adding your shop and classes making Pleasanton even a better place to live.

Probably just a mirror on top or TV to see the food from the back, but Linda mentioned it wasn't installed yet. The new store looks fantastic!
