It would have been better to let people know about whether they were going to participate (we didn't) and whether we'd be eating during the event or at the end or not at all. Some people seemed disappointed because the class was not like another they took somewhere else in one of those respects. For me, it wasn't that great, but I'm not a cook so ... no big deal! :-)

I was expecting a hands on class. It was essentially a lecture and I think $35 for a lecture is too expensive.
